1. Design & Planning
Before a single brick is laid, your project begins with planning.
- Architectural drawings — floor plan, elevation, and section drawings
- Structural design — engineered by qualified structural designers
- 3D elevation view — so you can visualise your home before construction begins
- Approval drawings — drawings prepared as per MUDA/BDA/BBMP requirements (approval fees paid separately to the authority)
2. Civil & Structural Work
This is the backbone of your home — and we do not cut corners here.
- PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) bed for the foundation
- Excavation and foundation work — including footings and column bases
- RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) framework — columns, beams, and slabs using M20/M25 grade concrete
- TMT Steel — Fe 500 grade steel bars for all structural members
- Brick masonry — standard 6-inch brick walls for exterior and 4-inch for interior partitions
- Sunken slab in bathrooms for concealed plumbing

3. Plastering
