Leathen Puttaiah Residential project
The Residential project of Mr Leathen Puttaiah was commenced in Sept 2016. It is situated in Yadavagiri, Mysore. Plot size is about 80’ x 120’. It had a basement floor house constructed in 1979 above that duplex house was to be constructed. As we built this project which was on the existing building, the challenge was from the planning stage where we had to analyze the foundation of the existing building and plan the new house based on the existing wall. The existing ground floor slab was lower than the road top level hence we have designed a proper drain system for complete plot.
We have constructed the building with contemporary style of architecture with built-up area of 8250 sqft including renovation of existing building. Project got completed in May 2017. The client was very happy and satisfied with the craftsmanship and quality of the construction.
Mukhopadhyay Residential project
The residence of Dr. Mukhopadhyay has been built in a forest like environment with fully grown trees serene, pollution-free atmosphere and environment, Emerald Enclave Layout just behind Infosys Mysore Campus. With plot size of 80’ x 120’ the house comprises of terrace garden, water body, courtyard with cascade and steel-wood composite stairs so that it can connect with nature.
The built up area is about 7969 sqft and is designed with tropical modern architectural style with three sloping roof and well planned rain water harvesting system. It consists of 2 floors, 4BHK with wooden flooring and well finished marble flooring. The project was delivered without compromising quality work.
